The organ have 172 springs :

- 56 springs for the grand-orgue pallets
- 56 springs for the positif pallets
- 30 springs for the pedal pallets
- 30 springs for the pedal mechanism

They are made with 1 mm inox wire, for the mechanism springs and 1,5 mm inox wire for the pallets springs

Having found the good strength by means of a spring of test, this one is reproduced on a paper so that all the springs are identical.


The force required to press down the keys is about 120 grams

I realize at first an elbow in 90 °

The elbow is hung on the spring machine

We turn the crank
After three tours of crank, we obtain the buckle
